Training Sessions

 Personal Training Sessions
The player will get individual one on one training focusing on 
strengthening his/her weaknesses and improving strengths 

 Group Training Sessions
Players may sign up for a group session of two or more. 
 Group sessions include some of the same drills as the personal sessions.Here 
in the group training sessions there are more competitive drills for these players
to compete against one another and implement the skills they have learned.
